Obviously you're not going to have a big old bunch of barbells around your house, but for stuff like squats and other simple body-weight moves I've found the videos invaluable. There's usually no excess skin, but clothes fit snugly enough that you can see the parts of the body you need to see (curved, straight, angles, reach, etc.). Meanwhile, yes, exactly. Frankly I'm so over the fake-bake and streaks and fake eyelashes and nude-shimmer duckface pouts that I can't believe everybody else in the whole wide world isn't either.
